The Pink Party is going totally tubular! Returning August 17 with a Pretty in Pink theme, get decked out in your most vibrant pink attire from the 80s to celebrate all things pink. Enjoy fresh oysters and mouthwatering appetizers crafted by Estate Chef Forest Kellogg and the J Culinary Team, paired with our award-winning sparkling and varietal wines, such as Brut Rosé, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Show off your signature Brat Pack dance moves on the dance floor, and get ready to raise a glass at this can’t-miss event.

Brut Rosè

Bright and crisp, this elegant and flavorful rosé received 94 points from Wine Enthusiast (2022), and bursts with notes of fresh mandarin orange, roasted strawberries and crème fraîche. Lively acidity and steely minerality frame the lingering finish. Pair with traditional Spanish seafood paella, salmon tartar or camembert and kumquats.

Earning 94 points from James Suckling (2023), this luscious, small-lot rosé combines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier for a full, layered palate. Notes of red fruit, quince and tangerine are complemented by richer notes of pastry crust and toasted almond. Pair with grilled salmon or a persimmon and pomegranate farro salad topped with fresh goat cheese.
