2017 Blanc de Noirs
The 2017 Blanc de Noirs offers the depth of Pinot Noir through the elegance, delicacy and vibrancy of Traditional Method bubbly. This generously aromatic sparkling opens with suggestions of ripe red fruit and night-blooming jasmine. A lively, refined mousse and beautiful richness at the forefront bring notes of Santa Rosa plum, raspberry and a touch of earthy rhubarb through the palate, while hints of toasted lavender shortcake topped with fresh macerated strawberries and cream add fullness and depth. The finish is long and elegant.

Leading with 77% Pinot Noir, the rest Pinot Meunier, and then given three years en tirage, this lovely wine tastes of strawberry, fresh herbs and a touch of baking spice. It is rich and round, with plenty of acidity to balance it and keep it fresh.
