The 2016 Annapolis Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir is a classic example of the unique, terroir-driven style of the site, offering richness, a ribbon of acidity and finessed tannins that will lend itself to long aging in the cellar. Aromas of anise, macerated rose hip, black mission fig and bourbon-soaked cherries open the wine. On the smooth, nuanced palate, earthy hints of supple leather, porcini mushroom and dried fall leaves blend with focused dark fruit notes of blackberry, loganberry, boysenberry and blueberry.
