2021 Vintage Brut Rosé

Tasting Notes: 
Rose petal, raspberry, mandarin, and pomegranate meet richer notes of persimmon, bramble, and toasted sesame. Bright and elegant, with lively, fine bubbles forming a delicate, lacy mousse.

Pairing: 
Cornbread waffles with candied ginger whipped ricotta, beet and citrus salad with chèvre and toasted sesame, or mozzarella–and–nectarine panzanella.




2024 Strata Chardonnay

Tasting Notes: 
Aromas of citrus and honeysuckle open to bright flavors of green apple, Asian pear, apricot, and melon. Fruit driven and vibrant, with a touch of oak and a silky finish from careful aging.

Pairing: 
Farmer’s cheese on warm baguette with apricot and basil, coconut shrimp with sweet chili glaze, or roasted pork chop with caramelized onion and peaches.

Spanish sheep’s milk cheese with cherry–onion jam, pasta like duck agnolotti in parmesan broth, or Moroccan spiced lamb with apricot couscous.
