Our delightfully expressive 2015 Vintage Brut is a classic example of our foundational sparkling wine. Generously aromatic, floral hints of lilac and violet lift from the glass, blending with white raspberry, plum and toasted hazelnut. The palate offers weight, fullness and sophistication, as notes of persimmon, tangerine, Rainier cherry and baked apple are supported by richer chestnut, cream and toasted bread crumb characteristics. Bright and lengthy, a touch of honeysuckle rounds out the finish.

The 2015 Vintage Brut was aged on its lees in bottle for five years and represents the best lots in a given vintage. It takes some time to unfold its smoky reduction, with scents of beeswax, hay, mushroom and dried chamomile emerging with time in the glass. Light-bodied, dry and creamy, the palate's pastry-laced apple fruit is energized by bright, refreshing acidity, and it finishes with great length and energy.
