The wine opens with aromas of dark plum and date that carry through to the plush, layered palate. Showcasing the concentration and depth of this outstanding vintage, generous notes of dark cherry, fig and baked berries are complemented by hints of clove, fresh-cracked white pepper, mocha and forest floor. Fine tannins and bright acidity provide balance, structure and lift.
