2017 Blanc de Blancs

Our Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling celebration of the elegance, quality and complexity of Russian River Valley Chardonnay. Suggestions of sea spray, minerality and lime zest on the nose carry through to the lively, layered palate. Notes of Meyer lemon, dried green apple and apricot blend seamlessly with hints of warm brioche, toasted sesame seed and almond crème. The wine’s rich and creamy texture on the mouth builds to a crisp, vibrant finish.
