Vintage 2015 begins with aromas of toasted almond, honey and red apple. The mousse has attractive weight and richness, opening up to a bright, vibrant palate with notes of ripe pear, green apple and citrus peel layered with creamy hints of custard, flaky pastry and marzipan.
