Crafted from a stellar and thoroughly expressive vintage, the 2013 Vintage Brut features a smooth, layered palate and a pleasantly persistent finish. This bubbly opens with delicate aromas of lilac, fresh-cut wildflowers and hints of toasted sourdough, a characteristic developed over five years of en tirage aging. Finely-beaded bubbles pop on the detailed palate, as notes of kumquat, apple, Meyer lemon, minerality and sea spray cascade before a long, lingering finish touched with subtle hints of toasted almond and pie crust.
