Fine, delicate pearls of bubbles on the vigorous mousse bring generous aromas of honeycomb, poached pear and mandarin zest to the forefront. Hints of green apple, golden raspberry, tangerine and white florals saunter across the soft palate, mingling with richer notes of marzipan and lightly baked pastry. Elegant and refined, the wine’s luscious fruit characteristics are balanced by vibrant acidity for a crisp, mouth-watering finish.
