Our 2008 Late Disgorged Vintage Brut has enticing aromas of caramelized strawberries, toasted brioche and apple butter. The light, delicate mousse leads to a palate that has complex notes of hazelnut, honeyed pear and roasted trumpet mushroom, followed by a long, lingering finish.
