FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will you ship my Wine Club orders?

Wine Club orders ship quarterly in the months of March, May, September, and November.

Am I able to customize the wines in my quarterly shipments?

Yes! We are happy to swap out wines of your choice, we just ask that the total order price meets the minimum for your club tier. You will receive a notification email before each shipment with a customization window for making any changes to your order.

How do I go about making changes to my Wine Club order?

Login to your account and scroll to the “Wine Club Membership” section. Click “View Wine Club Details”. Select “Customize Shipment”. This is where you will swap out unwanted wines and select from the available wines. You may also make changes to the shipping details and update payment information.

What are my benefits while visiting the winery?

When will I be billed for my quarterly shipments?

Upon order creation, we take an authorization to hold your wines. The charge is completed when the wines leave our facility. If, for some reason, your card declines for a shipment we will do our best to reach out to you to update your account. You may also update your credit card through your member account.

What happens to my shipment if you have the wrong shipping address, or I am not available to sign for it?

If your address is out of date, please contact our Member Services team to have your package held for pick up or redirected to the correct address. FedEx will make three consecutive delivery attempts before returning your wines to us.

Do I need to make a reservation to pick-up my Wine Club order?

We do ask that you call ahead before stopping by to pick up your wine so that our team may prepare your order for you.

How long do I have to pick up my wines?

Will call orders are held at the winery for 28 days. After 28 days, we ship your wines to the address on file.

How many shipments must I take before cancelling my membership?

Member benefits are applied upon wine club activation, and we ask that members take two club shipments before closing the account. If you wish to cancel or suspend your membership you may do so by reaching out to our Member Services team at (707) 431-5479, logging in to your account at https://www.jwine.com/profile, or sending us an email clubj@jwine.com.
