Born and raised in Sonoma County, Estate Chef Forest Kellogg brings his intrinsic knowledge of the region’s best ingredients.
The Bubble Room menu and wine selections (both sparkling and varietal) change every six to eight weeks, ensuring fresh, local flavors are always in every dish.
