The 2021 Vintage Brut Rosé is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 21% Chardonnay and 9% Meunier. Base wines were fermented in stainless steel and oak, and it received nine grams of dosage. It has a medium cherry-pink color and scents of red berries, cantaloupe, green herbs and earth. The palate offers creamy mousse and layered flavors of red fruit, fresh bread and earth. It’s balanced by bright acidity and has an elegant finish.
