The 2019 Vintage Brut is composed of 53% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 6% Meunier; base wines were matured mostly in stainless steel. It spent six years en tirage and received 10 grams dosage. It has understated scents of pear, lemon peel, biscuit and saline. The palate pairs mineral-driven flavors with racy acidity, and it has a long, focused finish.
