When Judy Jordan founded J Vineyards & Winery in 1986, she planted the seeds for a more inclusive wine community and envisioned the future of a women-led winery in the Russian River Valley. Today, under the leadership of Estate Director Nicole Hitchcock and our majority women-led team, we’re cultivating that vision through meaningful partnerships.
