Fermented and matured mainly in tank, plus 18% in used French oak, the 2024 Pinot Gris Estate is scented of red apple, poached pear, citrus peel, bread dough and candle smoke. The full-bodied palate is concentrated and rounded with fresh fruit and savory flavors. Bright acidity is balanced by four grams of residual sugar, and it has a long, elegant finish.
