Made in the style of Extra Brut sparkling wines with very little residual sugar, our J Cuvée XB is exceptionally crisp and dry with captivating aromas, texture and character. Cuvée XB opens with aromas of freshly zested lemon, crushed oyster shell and pie crust. Crisp on the palate, notes of key lime, Asian pear, golden apple and almond dance across the lively, creamy mousse. Aged for more than three years en tirage, this wine was given time to develop intricate, complex character throughout the palate and long finish.
