2019 Blanc de Noirs
Blanc de Noirs is a sparkling Pinot showcase, opening with an elegant, lacy mousse and fine, energetic bubbles. Primarily composed of Pinot Noir, the addition of about 25% Pinot Meunier contributes to the clarity and purity of the red fruit and floral characteristics. On the palate, generous notes of fresh-picked raspberry and strawberry are complemented by hints of rhubarb and dusty rose. A touch of minerality and cranberry adds nuance.

Floral and fruity with strawberry and peach on the nose with some graphite and earthy red berries. Full-bodied with plenty of fruit (but not too much) with some phenolics and acidity that tighten it all up at the end. Strawberry pie aftertaste. Fine bubbles. 9.5 grams dosage. Three years on the yeast. Drink now.
