2015 Vintage Brut

Our delightfully expressive 2015 Vintage Brut is a classic example of our foundational sparkling wine. Generously aromatic, floral hints of lilac and violet lift from the glass, blending with white raspberry, plum and toasted hazelnut. The palate offers weight, fullness and sophistication, as notes of persimmon, tangerine, Rainier cherry and baked apple are supported by richer chestnut, cream and toasted bread crumb characteristics. Bright and lengthy, a touch of honeysuckle rounds out the finish.
