Q: May I purchase additional wines?
A: Yes! We set aside cases of wine for Club J members to purchase. Many of the club wines are limited in production, so don't wait to re-order!
Q: As a Club J member, do I receive discounts on additional wine purchases?
A:

Yes! Club J is a tiered membership program which offers different levels of discounts for additional wine purchases.
J Signature members receive 10% off one to five bottles, 15% off six to eleven bottles and 20% off a case or more purchase.
J Experience members receive 15% off one to five bottles, 20% off six to eleven bottles and 25% off a case or more purchase.
J Elegance members enjoy a 25% discount on all additional wine purchases.
 

Q: Are there any special events for Club J members?
A: Of course!  We hold several events a year exclusive to Club J members. Some exciting and new things are on the bill for 2008. Please visit our events page here on the website to see what is coming up!
Q: When are the shipments sent to me?
A:

The wines are shipped out early in the months of February, April, June, October, and December. Club J does not ship during periods of extreme weather and we will hold your shipments until suitable weather conditions are present. These dates are subject to change.

Q: Where can my wine shipments be sent?
A: A business address is preferred, as there is always an adult to sign for the wine. We can currently ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IA, IL, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, SC, TX, WA, WI, WY. Direct shipping laws are changing quickly and we make every attempt to ship to consumers in all legal states.
Q: Whom do I contact if I have questions about Club J?
A: You may contact us at clubj@jwine.com or our  Wine Club Coordinator at 707.431.5479 and we will be happy to answer your questions.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: We would miss you terribly, but you can cancel any time after accepting a minimum of two Club J shipments. Just email us at clubj@jwine.com and we will cancel your membership.
Q: What benefits do I receive when I taste at J?
A:

We offer many complimentary, special pricing and exclusive Club J events for our Club J members!
• When you visit the J Signature bar we offer complimentary tasting for:
     J Signature member and one guest
     J Experience member and three guests
     J Elegance member and five guests
• Club J members enjoy special pricing on all Bubble Room and J Terrace tastings.
• The Club J Lounge is complimentary for the Club J member and one guest.
• Club J members will be provided two complimentary tickets to our new Grand Release events with a special Club J Family & Friends price on all additional tickets.
• Club J members are allowed to purchase additional tickets to exclusive Club J events, however all tickets are reserved on a first come first served basis.
