| Cooper Vineyard |
This 2.5-acre vineyard of only Pinot Gris borders the Old Redwood Highway. This vineyard is named after Paul Cooper, a wine industry veteran and an avid arborist that planted many of the trees around the winery and was responsible for planting all the red plum trees that line Old Redwood Highway.

Trellis & Spacing: The vineyard is closely planted to a spacing of 6' x 8' and trained on a 3-wire vertical trellis that is designed to maximize sun penetration to the fruit zone. |
