Our Vin Gris is a dry rosé style wine crafted entirely from Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. We employ the French saignée method, in which 10% of the Pinot Noir juice is gently "bled" from the tanks prior to fermentation. The drained juice then ferments in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, for a wine of soft, feminine color.

Our J Vin Gris has bright, sunny color and aromas and flavors of strawberry, rhubarb, lime peel, cranberry and raspberries. With just enough acidity to cleanse the palate, this dry wine is extremely refreshing.
