With nearly a decade of experience at J Vineyards & Winery, Assistant Winemaker Hollis Price is an experienced veteran whose work has shaped J's award-winning sparkling and varietal wine programs. Hollis oversees and directs all aspects of J's sparkling wine production. Her long history at J provides vintage-to-vintage consistency, while her technical background drives her to stay on the cutting edge of new winemaking technology. Her greatest goal is to continue Judy Jordan's vision of crafting the exceptional sparkling and varietal wines that honor J's magnificent Russian River Vineyards and heritage.

Hollis entered the wine world from a career in medical research, during which she specialized in child health and human development at the National Institute of Health in Washington, D.C. At J Vineyards & Winery, Hollis feels fortunate to have found a career that combines her scientific background with her love of nature, family and the community.
