At J Vineyards & Winery we consider ourselves stewards of the land. Our philosophy of minimal intervention in the winery means that the quality of our vineyards shines through with pure expression, so we're committed to knowing and maintaining them intimately. We employ sustainable farming—including cover crops—to minimize the use of chemicals; night harvest when grapes are at their coolest; and careful hand-harvesting into 1/4-ton bins for the selection of only the most pristine fruit.
