Join us in the Bubble Room for a special seated wine and food tasting with Liam and Diana Callahan, owners of Bellwether Farms. Learn the history of this artisan creamery and the art of wine and cheese pairing. Spend time with Liam and Diana sampling their seasonal products alongside J’s signature wines. Executive Chef Mark E. Caldwell will prepare a 2-course guided wine and food pairing based around cheeses from Bellwether Farms and library selections from J Vineyards & Winery.

Bellwether Farms produces some of our favorite cheeses and the Chef has some exquisite creations in mind to offer for sampling, including Asparagus Soup with White Truffle Essence, Bellwether Three Cheese Lobster Macaroni and Crème Fraiche Spiced Pound Cake with Seasonal Fruit.

Seatings at 11:00am and 2:30pm, limited to 20 people per session.
