Spring Beans on Tarragon-Goat Cheese Crouton
1 cup Laura Chenel goat cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
pinch of kosher salt
Combine all ingredients. Cheese should be creamy with a strong tarragon flavor. Can be prepared a day ahead.
Spread tarragon goat cheese on crostini or crackers and sprinkle with diced, blanched green beans.
