J Poached Pears and Chantilly Cream

Ingredients:

J Poached Pears:
3 cup Maple Syrup
4 tbl Sugar
2 tbl Lemon Juice
4 tbl J Pear Liqueur
¼ cup Butter
6 Pears, peeled or unpeeled with stems intact
J Pear Chantilly Cream

Chantilly Cream:
1 cup Cream
2 tbl. J Pear Liqueur (to taste)
2 tbl. Sugar

Method:

J Poached Pears:
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Drop in pear and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until pear is tender. Remove from liquid and allow pears to cool on a rack. Serve with J Pear Chantilly Cream, either on the side or hollow out the pear and fill inside.

Chantilly CreamL:
Combine all ingredients and whip to firm peaks.
