Fresh Steamed Salmon with Black Bean Sauce
4 six to eight ounce skin-on-salmon fillets
1 bunch of green onions
1 eight ounce jar of Black Bean Garlic Sauce (Lee Kum Kee or Sun Luck brand)
Place washed and trimmed green onions on an 11" x 7" Pyrex dish. Some moisture on the onions is good to help induce steaming. Place salmon on bed of green onions, cover with black bean sauce. Bake at 350° uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until done
