Serves 2 Cups
8 oz sushi grade ahi tuna, small dice
½ cup mango brunoise
1 ea. Asian red chile, brunoise (no seeds)
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
chiffonade juice from 2 limes
kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper
Fold ingredients together. Spoon onto slices of jicama.
This also makes a nice first course if served in a chilled martini glass.
